Powered by technology and a network of over 2000 restaurants Fooda feeds hungry people at work through our ongoing food programs located within companies and office buildings.The Catering Manager position is critical to the success of a Fooda client location The Catering Manager is responsible for managing client relationships along with managing the daily catering orders offered at the client location.
We are looking for someone who loves building relationships and enjoys customer service You will be enthusiastic about finding solutions quickly and effectively being organized detail oriented having an entrepreneurial mindset able to manage work independently thinking on your feet always looking for ways to improve prior experience in catering preferred ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in addition to five to eight years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee internal catering events at client location
- Maintain costs as it relates to food beverage labor
- Negotiate new menus with restaurant partners for special requests
- Recruit train catering staff at client location
