    Description
    Our client, a large residential construction company, is in search of a Superintendent to oversee a large development.

    The Superintendent will be responsible for the general operational oversight and daily management of the development as well as coordinating contractor and sub-contractor efforts.

    Additionally, they will manage waste and material removal and will coordinate efforts to ensure the development is always in top condition.

    Candidates should have 5 years of construction experience.
