    Senior Software Full Stack Developer (Engineer) - ReactJS, NodeJS, RestfulAPIs, Backend (including Database), IOS Mobile, Andriod Mobile, DevOps, AWS Cloud, Agile SDLC - REMOTE POSITION - WORK FROM HOME DURING PACIFIC TIMEZONE - LONG-TERM

    **(We are NOT supporting Visa Transfers or sponsorships for this particular position.)**

    GENERAL SUMMARY
    This individual supports the team in an Agile/Scrum software development lifecycle for creating applications in a DevOps, Cloud, and API Services-based setting. Collaborate with business partners to outline requirements and architecture, implementing open, scalable solutions utilizing AWS Cloud technologies. The applications mainly utilize Java and NodeJS tech stacks, featuring IOS Mobile and Andriod Mobile Applications. Coordinate in requirements gathering, explore scalable analytic techniques, team up, develop software, document software, and plan technology enhancements. The ideal applicant excels not only in coding but also in problem-solving at scale, security, and analytics. This role demands a profound technical grasp of software development best practices, coding standards, and governance. No hand-holding here.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with the UX application team to estimate project complexity and provide insights on task and feature viability.
    • Create technical blueprints grounded in functional requirements.
    • Implement features in a cross-functional, agile setting involving all functions throughout the feature creation and ideation process.
    • Offer basic support and debugging in test and production environments.
    • Sustain and mend existing applications.
    • Contribute significantly as part of an agile sprint team, engaging in sprints for new and existing applications.
    • Recognize and raise concerns about issues.
    • Develop highly secure, public-facing applications, emphasizing performance and security.
    • Create scalable and efficient ReactJS applications, leveraging reusable, readable components.
    • Program the corresponding IOS and Andriod Mobile App versions.
    • Comprehend the backend Database.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Background in Web application development, covering JSON, HTML, AJAX, CSS, SASS/LESS, NodeJS, ReactJS, IOS Mobile SDK (x code), Android Mobile SDK.
    • Backend Databases (MySQL, SQL, etc).
    • Previous exposure to working in Digital Marketing environments is advantageous.
    • Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD) and understanding.
    • Proficiency in Unit Testing in Javascript.
    • Thorough understanding of RESTful API Principles.
    • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in designing and crafting large, scalable, intricate applications.
    • Capability to build and sustain top-notch applications utilizing React, Redux, and Redux-Observables.
    • Collaborate within Agile teams to architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technical solutions across a full stack of development tools and technologies.
    • Engaged in working with junior developers and pairing programming techniques like XP, Peer Programming, and others.
    • Adherence to departmental standards, policies, practices, and industry benchmarks.
    • Flexible availability to work based on project needs.
    • Willingness to put in extra hours as per project requirements.
    • Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus but not mandatory.

    EDUCATION & TRAINING

    • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum of 5 years in fullstack software development and 3+ years with ReactJS.
