- Provide comprehensive support for training programs.
- Transform existing training materials into interactive formats to boost engagement and efficacy.
- Develop and manage rolebased curriculums for new joiners, incorporating selfstudy resources and virtual sessions into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in organizing and conducting kickoff and virtual learning sessions.
- Coordinate logistical aspects of the training program, including drafting participant communications, arranging teambuilding activities with the Event Planning team, and overseeing training room setup, materials, and catering.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and course development.
- Familiarity with interactive training development platforms such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or Captivate.
- Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Mostly remote, with 12 days per month on site
- 40 hours per week during regular business hours
