A Manufacturing Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Lakeland, FL area.

The role entails providing engineering support to manufacturing processes, implementing continuous improvements, managing project costs, and facilitating new product introductions, requiring autonomy, judgment, and proficiency in software tools like MS Office and AutoCAD.

Contract salary: $ per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Provide manufacturing support, troubleshoot equipment, and recommend improvements.

Manage project costs, cost reduction initiatives, process improvements, and equipment enhancements.
Update operational procedures for production and training purposes.
Attend and lead meetings with stakeholders.
Conduct equipment troubleshooting and process improvement activities.
Familiarity with lean/Six Sigma methodologies is helpful but not required.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, with entry-level to 3 years of experience

Software skills required:
MS Office & AutoCAD
