    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 2 years of experience, ARRT (CT) certification, and IV placement skills for a 13-week acute care assignment in Washington state.

    Responsibilities
    Acute care hospital setting in a CT department at a Level 4 facility
    Performs inpatient, ED, and outpatient CT exams
    Approximately 1-2 scans per hour
    GE Optima 660 scanner
    Epic EMR and McKesson PACS
    12-hour day shifts, Saturday through Monday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
    On-call required every Wednesday from 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM
    Dedicated transporter available Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
    Radiologist on-site from 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM and reachable by phone 24/7
    Perform CT imaging for inpatient, emergency department, and outpatient populations
    Day shift technologists may assist with IV starts as needed
    2-week department-specific orientation provided
    No holiday coverage required
    Any professional scrub color is acceptable; scrubs are not provided
    Candidates may not have been directly employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the past year; candidates employed PRN through outside firms will be considered

    Requirements
    Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
    Active ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required; pending certifications not accepted
    Active Washington state license required at time of consideration; pending licenses not accepted — license required if applicable
    Current BLS certification
    IV placement skills required for day shift
    Experience with GE CT equipment preferred
    Driver's license required for consideration
    2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
