- Schedules Aerospace Control Alert (ACA) assets and HHQ training missions
- Facilitates DOO's weekly Huntress Operations Training Schedule (HOTS) meeting., maintains weekly/monthly Flying/HHQ training mission schedule
- Maintains accuracy of DOO Monthly Historical Data
- Maintains the DOO File Plan as Records Custodian
- Training may consist of the following: Attend conferences, symposiums, and training course/sessions as needed, Anti-Terrorism Training, Derivative Classification Training, Ancillary Training, Operations Security, Training in support of new or updated technology for the mission requirements, Crew Mission Ready Certification
- Experience comparable to Air Force Enlisted with a military grade of E7 or Air Officer O3 has been used to meet this requirement.
- US Citizenship and have a DoD government security clearance SECRET
- Demonstrate skill in verbal and written communication

Flight Operations Specialist (Scheduling Analyst)
Summary:
To provide management and labor necessary to support Continental United States NORAD Region (CONR), First Air Force (1 AF) Air Forces Northern (AFNORTH), Air Forces Space (AFSPACE) Tyndall AFB, FL and its associated units at Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, NY; and Western Air Defense Sector (WADS) at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) AFB, WA
Will be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Component-Numbered Air Force (C-NAF), Headquarters Air Force (HAF) standards, instructions, and commercial practices
Duties and Responsibilities
SQ Scheduling Administrator; provide training to all DOO Personnel and Crew Scheduling Representatives and makes all appropriate entries into the DOO Scheduling Database.
DOO Administrative Point of Contact
Aids in updating and rewriting DOO's 224 ADS Business Rule and maintains ACA Flying Unit Contact List and Alert Asset Monthly Flying Request Schedule.
Provides on-the-job training
Maintains the DOO office supply inventory.
