- Initiate conversations with customers and enjoy talking about travel.
- Sell mini-vacation getaways throughout the U.S.
- Communicate the advantages of traveling with Bluegreen Vacations.
- Handle objections and close deals.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Stay updated on Bluegreen's offerings and portfolio.
- Top $22–33 per hour based on sales (hourly base pay + commissions).
