    Job Responsibilities:

    • Source, recruit, assess, and approve field technicians for installation projects.
    • Employ social media and various online recruitment platforms to identify suitable technicians.
    • Maintain and update technician profiles and performance records.
    • Generate contracts and offer letters utilizing provided templates.
    • Ensure all technicians are properly contracted, with signed agreements received before commencing work.
    • Collaborate with Project Managers and Coordinators to gather project-specific details such as scope and timelines.
    • Manage technician contracts within budget constraints while prioritizing quality.
    • Update the Project Database with contracted technician information.
    • Cultivate national recruiting relationships with small third-party vendors and independent contractors to enrich the internal technician database.
    • Foster positive and productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably 2 years of customer-focused experience in a dynamic environment. Retail or Service Industry experience is perfect
    • Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting workflows and workloads.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable performer with a strong sense of accountability and independence.
    • Proficient communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats tailored to diverse audiences.
    • Demonstrated capacity to deliver high-quality customer service and adeptly navigate various personalities and situations.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

    Additional Info:

    • Pay range: $20-22/hr.
    • Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
    • Location 100% in office
    • Type: Contract-to-hire
