    Job DescriptionFull-time, 64 hours every two weeks, various day shifts, evenings and weekends


    JOB SUMMARY:
    Operates magnetic resonance scanner to obtain images

    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's Degree as Radiology Technologist Associate Degree AS degree in radiology


    EXPERIENCE:
    2 years work related skill or experience willing to educate new graduates


    LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
    MRI certification preferred Must complete ongoing continuing education necessary to maintain ARRT certification


    ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ability to deal with continual emergent demands Highly developed organizational and time management skills Ability to deal with people in a tactful and courteous manner Well-developed written and oral communication skills Ability to develop workable imaging procedures Imaging Equipment Computer systems including a computerized radiology program Attend departmental meetings to maintain expected performance standards Possess a high level of knowledge of cross sectional anatomy Knowledgeable in medical terminology Proficient in English language including composition and grammar.
