- Enforce safety policies and quality programs for successful safety audits
- Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor to maintain quality standards
- Develop and maintain project schedules for efficient progress
- Identify and communicate project issues promptly
- Keep detailed records of on-site activities affecting project progress
- Handle change orders and miscellaneous purchases
- Review subcontract agreements and manage project budgets
- Coordinate receipt and inventory of materials
- Assist in project reporting and daily updates to the Project Manager
- At least 3 years of experience as a lead Superintendent in commercial construction
- Proficient in interpreting and maintaining project documents and blueprints
- Basic computer skills and openness to adopting new technologies
- Preferred certifications: OSHA 30 and CPR/First Aid

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily field operations of government construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality work, adherence to project specifications, cost-effective execution, and a safe work environment.
