- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to support business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
- Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Handle media inquiries, pitch stories, and manage press releases.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content for press releases, articles, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans. Act as the primary spokesperson during crisis situations.
- Internal Communications: Ensure effective internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Event Management: Plan and execute PR events, including press conferences, media briefings, and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and public perception. Provide regular reports on PR activities and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
