The Help Desk at Fredrikson is not your ordinary Help Desk. Our Help Desk Technician is a full-time position providing first line technical support to internal client users. This position offers a 37.5 hour work week with some flexibility to work both remotely and in the office.


Key Responsibilities Include:
*Provides first level support and responds to Help Desk calls, e-mails, and walk-up support.
*Monitors and documents user inquiries, makes appropriate suggestions for change to resolve frequently occurring issues, logs all user calls and escalates user calls to the appropriate IT staff personnel if unable to resolve calls.
*Provides first level hardware troubleshooting.
*Assists with check out of technology including laptops. Assists with converting documents to and from different formats.
*Perform project-related tasks.
*Assists with new user setups, including system and hardware setups, imaging, assignment changes and hardware moves.


Our Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Candidates should have thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Windows, and other standard law firm applications. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and client service skills required.
