Job summary
Join a 585+ bed Level I Trauma Center in Kansas City, Missouri, offering comprehensive medical and surgical services across specialty units including Neuro, Ortho, and Nephrology. This Medical-Surgical RN role provides the opportunity to care for a diverse adult patient population with medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurologic conditions in a 49-bed unit with 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratios.
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments regarding patient health status,
- Plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans to optimize clinical outcomes and maximize available resources,
