    JOB PURPOSEAs a Sr.

    IT Finance Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operations of Oracle Financials and EPM modules within our organization.

    You will lead a team of finance professionals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of finance initiatives.

    IT Finance Systems Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing our financial processes, enhancing system functionalities, and driving overall financial excellence using Oracle Financials and EPM modules.


    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESOracle Financials and EPM Implementation:
    Lead the implementation of Oracle Financials and EPM modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Planning, and Consolidation

    Team Leadership:
    Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Set clear goals, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.


    Project Management:
    Manage end-to-end Finance & EPM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control of project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards

    System Optimization:
    Continuously evaluate and enhance Finance & EPM system functionality, performance, and user experience to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness

    Business Process Analysis:
    Analyse existing Finance & EPM processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and implement process enhancements and best practices leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM system capabilities

    Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, IT, and operations, to align finance strategies and requirements. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.


    Training and Support:
    Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Financials and EPM modules. Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure users have a comprehensive understanding of the system and finance processes.


    Data Management:
    Oversee data integrity and ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and reporting within Fusion Financial & EPM system

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:
    Develop and generate financial reports and analytics using Oracle Financials and EPM modules. Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support decision-making and drive financial performance.


    Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting:
    Oversee the budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes using Oracle EPM modules. Ensure accuracy, alignment with organizational goals, and support finance team members in creating financial forecasts and analysing variances.


    System Maintenance and Upgrades:
    Manage system maintenance activities, including applying patches, upgrades, and ensuring data integrity. Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and troubleshooting.


    Financial Process Optimization:
    Identify opportunities to optimize financial processes and enhance system functionalities. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.


    Vendor Management:
    Work closely with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to manage relationships, monitor deliverables, and ensure high-quality services related to Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM system

    Configuration and Customization:
    Configure Oracle Financials and EPM modules according to business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams for any required customizations or enhancements.


    Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies. Develop and implement controls to mitigate financial risks and support audit processes.


    Performance Monitoring:

    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM system, generate reports, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

    QUALIFICATIONSCPA, CA or bachelors degree in business administration, Finance or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    Certification in Oracle Financials & EPM cloud and TOGAF are a plus.

    EXPERIENCEExperience in Oracle Financial & EPM and 3-5 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM as a Functional consultantExtensive experience working with Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM, including implementation, configuration, and support.

    Strong understanding of Financial, planning, budgeting and consolidation processes and best practices.
    Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and taxation.

    Proven project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage complex Financial & EPM projects from initiation to completion.

    Excellent knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM modules, functionalities, and integration points with other Oracle applications.

    Familiarity with data management, reporting, and analytics within Oracle Fusion Financials & EPM.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.

    Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Experience in training end-users and providing support for Oracle Fusion Financial & EPM.Knowledge of application integration on public cloud, using Oracle Integration cloud or SOA is desirable.
