Westward 360 is looking to add a Receptionist to join our growing Las Vegas team. If you want an opportunity to grow with a large company, look no further We pride ourselves in providing the ultimate experience for our clients.

Westward360 is a leader in the Property Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family and single-unit properties.

What we offer:

Compensation range of $17-$20 per hour
Monthly cell phone stipend
Medical/Dental/Vision insurance
Two weeks vacation / one week sick time

What you'll do:

Be the first point of contact for any clients or visitors that walk into the office.
Respond to owner emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours, forwarding calls to the appropriate party if unable to assist.
Provide owners with requested forms (ARC Applications, Gate Entry Forms, Clubhouse Rental Forms, ACH etc.).
Update owner, tenant, and/or property manager contact information in systems (email addresses, cell phone numbers, etc.).
Assist with processing ARC applications and review to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
Process checks and payments received and apply to owners accounts.
Track usage and order office supplies as needed.
Maintain logs (copies, postage, etc.).
Daily sorting and distribution of mail, including scanning and filing documents.
Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the reception area and conference room.

What you'll need:

Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
Experience with Vantaca (preferred not required).
Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to plan ahead and consistently multitask.
