    WHAT YOU'LL DO


    • Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts.
    • Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store.
    • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
    • Train and coach team members to uphold Starbucks standards.
    • Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
    • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives.
    • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

    • Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
    • Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
    • Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.
