    Job Title:

    Server (Full-Time or Part-Time)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a motivated and friendly Server to join our team at Maumee Pointe Community. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our residents.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Developing a Positive Customer Service Culture: Train staff to deliver exceptional service, evaluate quality of service, and develop systems to maximize efficiency while maintaining a pleasant dining experience.
    2. Maintaining Resident Satisfaction: Circulate in the dining room to ascertain resident preferences and satisfaction with meals, developing service systems that balance quality and speed of meal delivery.
    3. Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure a clean dining room, including all equipment, walls, table tops and bases, and chairs. Maintain linens and tabletop condiments and salt and pepper shakers.
    4. Safety and Teamwork: Work in a safe manner, compliant with Safety Committee standards, and foster teamwork with co-workers, showing initiative in overcoming obstacles and taking actions to assist others beyond job responsibilities.

    Requirements

    • Experience in food service preferred.
    • Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
    • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and make decisions.
    • Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
    • Pleasant, professional, and personable.

    Salary Information

    The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
