    We are seeking a strategic leader to become our next Vice President of Client Engagement, to lead our external facing teams and drive exceptional partnerships and relationships with our clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the future of live entertainment ticketing and fundraising and ensuring the success of our partnerships. As the Vice President of Client Engagement, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and growing client relationships, overseeing account management, and developing strategies to maximize client satisfaction and revenue growth.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Develop and steward strong, long-term relationships with Paciolan clients, including colleges, arenas, performing arts and corporate partners.
    • Function as an escalation contact for clients, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead high-performing external facing teams, responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring that clients are knowledgeable regarding our software functionality, products, and services so that they can maximize the value of the Paciolan partnership and drive revenue.
    • Responsible for collaborating with team managers, to establish clear goals and expectations while managing team performance to achieve targets and objectives.
    • Establish career pathing opportunities by leading management teams to develop and grow their team members.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to understand the software's functionalities, features, and updates. Push various market needs through the product team and lead GTM effectively.
    • Implement and establish KPIs to measure success both internally and externally.
    • Drive proactive solutions for the team and the company through innovation and thought leadership.
  • Client Retention and Expansion:
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive account strategies that drive client success and revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement strategies to retain and expand client portfolios.
    • Lead the teams to implement strategies to proactively address client needs and anticipate future requirements.
  • Market Research and Industry Insights:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
    • Provide best practices with insights and recommendations to clients to help them make informed decisions.
  • Financial Management:
    • Develop and drive a process to manage the annual revenue plan for all transaction related revenue.
    • Establish KPIs and process to review and analyze monthly variance and impact on the business. Accurately reforecast as necessary.
    • Work with the finance team to set department budgets effectively and manage execution toward those targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Possess prior experience supporting and servicing clients, driving strategy and overall success on technology/ticketing specific platforms.
    • 10 + years of experience in client services, account management, or sales leadership in the sports marketing or related industry.
    • Proven experience developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Deep understanding of ticketing software or a similar industry, with a focus on client engagement and satisfaction.
    • Proven ability to set budgets, forecast strategically and manage revenue generation of $50 million or more.
    • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute client strategies.
    • Knowledge of college sports marketing and sponsorship is a preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred


    The approximate base pay range for this position is $185,000 to $220,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
