    Process Equipment Engineer

    to join our team.

    What You'll Do

    Play a crucial role in tracking, qualifying, optimizing, and maintaining the cleanroom tools and processes, creating scheduled process qualification runs, SPC, SOP and preventive maintenance.

    Identify areas where improvements should be made.
    Work in a dynamic work environment with opportunities for career growth and innovation.
    Work with and learn from a team of experienced engineers with a wide range of backgrounds.

    Have a terrific opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of engineering disciplines, as well as Physics, Chemistry and Materials Science.

    Develop hands-on skills in Thin Film Technology with a focus on ALD, Photonic Device Microfabrication, and Equipment Engineering.
    Participate in the development of advanced thin film technologies for ultra-high speed optical modulators and photonic integrated circuits.
    Exhibit safety awareness by following safe working practices and common laboratory hygiene.
    Perform other duties as necessary, e.g. shipping, receiving etc.

    What You'll Need
    Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, material, or electrical engineering, physics, or related technical fields.
    A hands-on mindset and a strong willingness to actively engage in various equipment and process related tasks and responsibilities.
    Ability to follow instructions and work independently and efficiently, requiring minimal supervision.
    Ability to organize work efficiently, carry out multiple operations in parallel, and successfully complete projects in a timely fashion.
    Demonstrated analytical skills and troubleshooting experience.
    An ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.

    Work Location:
    The position is at the company's headquarters at Englewood, CO in the Denver metro area.

    Compensation & Benefits


    SALARY RANGE:
    $80,000 - $120,000 (LWLG offers competitive salaries based on the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant).
    Fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (employee and family).
