Our Regional Director of Clinical Services:

• Act as the primary clinical resource person to his/her assigned communities, with working knowledge of company and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a Mentor for Directors of Nursing & Wellness
• Provide training, guidance, and direction to community clinical leadership team
• Oversee and facilitates our QMA Insulin Administration Program
• Provide consultation on risk management issues, quality indicators, and regulatory matters
• Visit assigned communities to review, monitor and audit the quality of nursing care provided to residents
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Directors to ensure quality care across portfolio of communities

Qualifications/Position Requirements

• RN Licensed nurse in good standing in Indiana
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a regional clinical role, assisted living experience preferred
• Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid Certification
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance
• Ability to travel, including overnight travel
• Our desired candidate will live in Central Indiana
