- Candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree from an ABET accredited institute in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent applicable technical degree
- Candidate will have 12+ years of relevant work history or 10+ years with applicable MS degree.
- Candidate will have 8+ Years of prior work with RF electronics.
- Candidate must have experience developing frequency plans and predicting spurious levels.
- Candidate must have experience mentoring junior engineers.
- Candidate must have a strong background in system-level design.
- Candidate must have a basic understanding of radar applications.
- Candidate should have design experience working in bands from UHF to Ka.
- Candidate must have experience working with lab test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Candidate must understand fundamentals of antenna theory (types, designs, beam patterns, etc.).
- Candidate must possess effective communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
- Candidate must be a US citizen and possess at least a Secret clearance
- Experience integrating RF systems.
- Experience with testing, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex RF systems.
- Experience developing test plans and use cases for test ranges.
- Candidates with TS/SCI clearance are preferred but not required

The department performs radio frequency (RF) design, custom hardware builds, algorithm development, and analysis across a variety of both research and development and operational tasks
Primary Responsibilities The candidate will help evaluate, select, integrate, and test commercial off the shelf (COTS) parts, as well as work with vendors to create custom solution parts, for forming radar application emulation and test assets
The ideal candidate will have an interest in supporting the full product life cycle from concept through prototype to production
