    7 on/7 off schedule 12-hour shifts, 7am - 7pm or 7pm - 7am
    Pediatric ward census patients daily, - 5 newborn rounds per day
    General pediatric ward with Level 1 newborn care
    Assist with complicated births and c-sections, deliveries monthly
    No NICU or PICU care transfers available for higher acuity
    NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications required
    Ongoing coverage potential
    Seasonal variation in admissions patients per shift during peak season
    We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
    We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
    We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
    Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
