    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO for the current school year and the 2023/2024 school year. This full-time position involves providing speech and language therapy services to students. We will consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) for this role. The position will be under a W2 contract.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
    • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans.
    • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
    • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Colorado.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered for this position.
    • Experience working with students in a school setting is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Work Schedule:

    • Full-time position for the current school year and the 2023/2024 school year.
