POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Analyst– Rehab Hospital Contract Services Support provides oversight of the Company's Information Technology Services (ITS) and day to day management of project priorities and support tasks of the Rehab Hospital Contract Services (HCS) business unit.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Consults with Rehab expert users on the identification of needs and development of systems/processes to meet the needs.
  • Leading Rehab HCS implementation new starts, employee transitions, initial security onboarding support, and schedule management for asset procurement.
  • Coordinate HCS closures including asset retrieval, decommissioning of site in systems, communication to cross-functional team.
  • Liaison for Rehab operations implementation, direct and host project meetings, equipment orders, technical communication of new start needs with all cross-functional teams within Lifepoint and with the client partner and their leadership teams
  • Support for current HCS applications (e.g., Net Health, equipment oversight) and future applications that are implemented to support the business.
  • Acts as a liaison between the field executive leaders, operators and information systems to prioritize and monitor work requests.
  • Assist in new device procurement processes for HCS, including capital projects and operating expenses. Responsible for initiating quote requests, requisitions in Oracle, equipment configuration requests, shipping communication, and completing receipts in Oracle.
  • Assist in mobility device support for HCS, including procuring new wireless accounts and devices, transferring and discontinuing wireless accounts.
  • Provides oversight of the identified clinical and operational work requests, consistent with business goals and tracked via ServiceNow.
  • Participates in technical training for systems and implementation across the business as indicated by project priority.
  • Provides collateral for technical implementations as needed to support business objectives and systems project scope.
  • Analyzes and manages customer needs related to HCS data and technology for new starts and special projects
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Access to and/or works with sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommend-ed Practices.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the work of others in a matrix environment to get projects and tasks done including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality standards.

Noise level in the work environment is typical for an office and/or hospital environment.

Minimum overnight travel (up to 20%) by land and/or air.
