    This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. Travel up to 10% of the time, in-state and to the Oklahoma City office is required, based on business needs.

    The Reporting Manager is an individual contributor role. It is responsible for delivery of analysis projects and reporting to successfully provide tactical and strategic solutions to constituent needs. This position will support Delegated Population Health Management (Health Access Networks) and other areas as assigned.

    Fundamental Components:
    • Collaborates with business partners to provide sound statistical and research design advice on projects and programs.
    • Deep knowledge of health care data, metrics, systems and advanced research methods.
    • Responsible for ensuring appropriate review and sign-off of project results to ensure appropriate use of study results.
    • Leads interdepartmental teams to shape policy and process.
    • Performs or manages applied statistical research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data, interprets results, and makes recommendations based on analytic findings to business areas.
    • Makes recommendations about data collection methods, metrics definition and evaluation methods.
    • Develops and participates in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on information services, capabilities and performance results.
    • Turns analysis into business/customer solutions.
    • Understands the relationships between program design, outcome measures, and appropriate measurement strategies.
    • Stays informed about industry trends, research findings, and evaluation methods.
    • Recommends and develops tactical and strategic solutions that satisfy information needs across products, segments and clients.
    • Presents analytic reports to clients and stakeholders, presents and explains results effectively to non-technical audiences.
    • Participates in the development of project plans and timelines.
    • Manages team projects, customer expectations and business priorities to achieve constituent satisfaction.
    • Integrates understanding of internal and external data sources for quantifying risks.
    • Responsible for commitments to quality and on-time deliverables.
    • Is willing to understand and probe into technical details.
    • Contributes to a motivated work environment by working effectively to achieve common goals.
    • Receives general direction from Oklahoma health services officer and is competent to work at the highest level in all aspects of data analyses, reporting, and presentation.
    • Responds to Oklahoma Healthcare Authority (OHCA) report requests which can be scheduled or ad hoc.
    Required Qualifications
    • Must reside in Oklahoma.
    • 5-8+ years' experience in data reporting/analytics within the healthcare industry.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong reporting skills using Excel, Access, Word and/or PowerPoint.
    • Well-versed in statistical model building and concepts, decision trees and classification rules, segmentation and cluster analysis.
    • Knowledge of health care industry, policy, research design, univariate and multivariate statistical analyses, predictive modeling, case-mix and risk adjustment methods and tools.
    • Recognized as an expert in multiple areas of health research, analysis and reporting.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and negotiate across the business at various levels in verbal and written form.
    • Demonstrated project management and/or team lead experience.
    • Ability to communicate statistical and technical ideas and results to non-technical clients in written and verbal form.
    • 5+ years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
    • Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state up to 10% of the time. Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Medicaid and/or managed care experience.
    Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Social Science, Healthcare or equivalent experience.
    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $54, $119,300.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
