- The hospital features a closed ICU with intensivists available 24/7. Seeking Board-Certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants with a minimum of 1 year hospitalist experience.
- Key Responsibilities: conducting rounds, managing admissions and discharges, participating in multidisciplinary rounds. Embracing geographic rounding whenever feasible.
- Active involvement in the rapid response and code team. All team members are certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, with intensivists leading the code response upon arrival.
- Regular lunch meetings for open communication, issue resolution, and updates.
- Shift timing from 7 am to 7 pm.
- Open to considering candidates for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles. Full-time commitment includes a schedule of 7 consecutive days on duty followed by 7 days off.
- Utilization of Meditech system along with access to an internal informatics platform.
