    Compensation Package

    The base salary for this position is estimated at $80,000 annually, with the potential for commission-based earnings that can significantly impact total compensation.

     

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and growing our client base through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts.

     

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Sell PEO products and services to develop new clients and expand our existing client base, resulting in increased profits for the organization.
    2. Leverage our Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to understand customers' needs and present our solution to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
    3. Schedule appointments and visit potential and current referral sources, including brokers, to secure referrals to end-users.
    4. Prospect for new clients and referral sources outside of our existing base, utilizing various marketing programs directed by Sales management.
    5. Analyze prospects' needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring them to the correct sales partner.
    6. Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by agreed-upon dates set by Sales management.
    7. Onboard PEO clients by following policies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition onto our service.
    8. Project a positive image in representing the Corporation to clients and the community, creating sales opportunities.
    9. Achieve and continually develop technical, competitive, and sales skills knowledge to effectively represent our sales organization.
    10. May be required to travel for purposes such as attending conferences, training sessions, and regional or national meetings.

     

    Qualifications

    • H.S. Diploma - Required
    • 5 years of experience in relevant sales/sales management experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Valid Driver's License Required
