Metal Finisher/Line Operator (Will Train)

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for various machine-specific functions, from setting up equipment, loading products, and operating machinery to monitoring and optimizing efficiency, maintaining machines, and performing quality checks.
Ability to operate and control automated plated lines safely
Oversee rack/tier set up by helpers
Oversee packaging of completed work
Check work regularly to ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality expectations.
Complete all required paperwork for each job.
Lead and train rackers working with you
Willingness to take online classes (heavy math involvement). Done on own time and get a bonus when completed within 3 months.

Ability to be on time and work scheduled shiftA good basic math aptitude
Ability to pay attention to detail and follow written instructions
Ability to fluently understand, read, write, and speak English
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to follow safety procedures to avoid injuries
Ability to stand, twist, lift, pinch, walk, bend, and kneel as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Basic computer entry skills (preferred)

Shift Schedules:
1st Shift: 5:00AM - 3:00PM Monday - Thursday (OT as scheduled)
2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 1:00AM, Monday - Thursday ( OT as scheduled ) - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST
Wage Range:
1st Shift: $24.00 / Hour
2nd Shift: $26.00 / Hour
(Reviews: 60 days and 6 months, then twice a year, which may come with a rate increase, providing the employee meets company and performance standards).
Signing Bonus:
$1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)
