The AVP Acquisition Credit Strategy will develop implement and monitor credit acquisitions strategies for several clients across Synchrony.We're proud to offer you choice and flexibility. Essential Responsibilities include developing implementing and monitoring new account credit strategies that drive profitable growth while operating within the risk appetite creating strategies that minimize both Synchronys retail partners risks while balancing the risk–reward tradeoff using advanced analytics to build custom credit risk strategies perform strategy validation testing implementation on-going monitoring of key credit metrics driving enhanced strategies using champion/challenger learnings reduce credit risk improve customer experience proactively researching identifying areas opportunity improvement work closely client teams identify client needs customize mutually beneficial communicating effectively articulating strategy recommendations clearly concisely meetings completing required strategy documentation meeting audit standards working closely implementation team ensure strategy implemented correctly pre post implementation validation.
