NAPA, the countries largest anesthesia provider, is entering the San Antonio market in the Methodist Healthcare System and seeking full time anesthesiologists.

Will work exclusively at one location no traveling is necessary.
We have a great opportunity to work in the HCA Methodist Healthcare system. Methodist Healthcare is a 378-bed facility with 12 Operating Suites.

You will be providing services in one location, and it will not be necessary to drive all over town following surgeons.

Our surgeons use robot-assisted technology to perform general surgeries and complex procedures. Our staff is well-versed in various complex surgeries, including neurological, orthopedic and weight loss procedures.


CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES:
We offer a full range of cardiovascular treatments, including the latest open-heart surgery techniques. We have earned the National Distinction of Excellence from the American College of Cardiology Heartcare Center.


EMERGENCY SERVICES:
We had over 56,000 ER visits in 2021. We offer preadmission testing at our ER and at our free-standing emergency room at the Quarry in Alamo Heights.

S PAVILION:
Features seven antepartum beds, 16 labor-and delivery suites, 35 postpartum rooms and 16 Level III NICU beds. We have a dedicated entrance and OB emergency department. Our building is designated as a Level III Maternal and NICU facility.

Shifts
Full time employment

With our care team model, we focus on ensuring that everyone has a voice, while supporting, respecting, and helping to deliver care excellence.

Responsible for the medical management of patients who are rendered unconscious and/or insensible to pain and emotional stress during surgery and other medical procedures
Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition
Performance of clinical intervention as needed

Degree from an accredited College of Medicine
ECFMG and FLEX

Salary:
$485K with up to $40K in additional call shifts and overtime pay.
