Job summary
We are excited to welcome a motivated and friendly Dental Assistant to our growing dental practice.This position is perfect for someone who is new to the dental field or looking to build hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
We provide training and mentorship from experienced team members The majority of our patients are Spanish-speaking, so Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
- Help prepare treatment rooms and set up instruments and supplies
- Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of procedures, with training provided
- Take dental X-rays while following safety guidelines (training available if needed)
- Learn to document medical history and treatment notes in our electronic system (Eaglesoft)
- Welcome patients, help them feel comfortable, and provide basic oral health instructions
