Job DescriptionWe are a Local St. Louis Property Management Company who is looking for more Service Technicians who are experienced in apartment and house troubleshooting and repairs. Must be motivated, punctual, professional, a self-starter, able to work alone, get the job done right the first time in the allotted time & take direction from your Supervisor. This is NOT a home remodeling job. We are looking people who can troubleshoot a problem & make the repairs needed right away, not just replace the item with a new one.We are looking for someone with a clean appearance, curious, good customer service skills & a positive attitude. We are a privately owned, no nonsense company who believes in rewarding its employees who go above and beyond.... not who just come to collect a paycheck. This position is a "roaming" maintenance positions.
This means you will not work in the same location each day, you WILL work in different locations throughout a day.
You will need your own vehicle to get from job to job.Applicant must have:
Please do NOT apply if you have NO experience, NO reliable vehicle, do not have your own tools OR you are only HVAC certified without any experience in Property Maintenance.
The Service Technician reports to the Maintenance Supervisor.
In coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor he/she insures the operation and proper appearance of each property, both interior and exterior.
Must have extensive knowledge of building maintenance. Conform to company approved dress code.Conduct all business in accordance with and follow company policies/procedures, Fair Housing, American with Disabilities Act, state & federal laws, OSHA, real estate, property management laws and all other laws pertaining to housing.
