About the jobAn exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Wholesale Planner, to join our Wholesale team in our NYHO.
This role supports the VP Global Wholesale and is responsible for all business analytical & planning of the wholesale department to ensure a clear monitoring of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis and reporting
Collaborate with VP of Global wholesale to accurately develop annual sales forecast by season, by accounts, and by door for major accounts
Work closely with different Wholesale team members on weekly, monthly sales.
Prepare End of Season sales reports by region/product (hindsight report), and Post-Market bookings reports
Develop, update, and consolidate commercial reporting tools
Ensure and maintain the quality and reliability of existing analyses
Analyze order portfolios, profitability and delivery rates
Collaborate with Wholesale Operations and Wholesale team to ensure shipping targets are achieved
Monitor the performance of Retail sales (Sell-out), mitigating liability and exposure at EOS by working with Wholesale team members on actionable solutions in-season.
Ensure the optimization of the product offering within the network to enable revenue growth.Advisory and support role with regions (INTL & Americas) to ensure each point of sale has a consistent and distinctive product offering.
Conduct ad hoc analyses for the Sales DepartmentBe proactive in proposing the creation of new dashboards and tracking indicators.

Skills and Specifications
Previous experience working within Business analyst or planner role
5+ years experience
Advanced retail math skills, fundamental understanding of cost-reporting preferred
A thorough knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word and, MS Power-point
Preferably have experience with a fashion company management system like AP21
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Excellent communication skills
Detailed oriented
A genuine passion and understanding of luxury designer fashion
