    As the Salesforce Platform Digital Strategist, you'll work with Product Marketing to understand and create critical digital touchpoints within a prospect and customer buying journey. You will work closely with our Corporate, Cloud, and Industry leaders, project management, and Decision Science Analyst teams to build and optimize web content and bring to life other steel-thread initiatives such as multi-cloud events, acquisitions, and campaigns.

    Your key success metrics will be creating compelling digital experiences that drive engagement, educate users, lead to conversions, and generate pipeline and closed deals. The most successful candidates will see digital experiences as a means to have a full-funnel impact on the business.

    This role depends on someone skilled at bringing together cross-functional business partners to proactively improve upon the existing content and drive customer conversion through testing and data/analytics. Your desire to help our Cloud digital teams deliver aligned experiences across combined with strong project management skills, attention to detail, and an ability to connect teams to business goals will make you successful in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and update strategic plans based on business priorities, industry trends, and customer insights.
    • Use digital strategy initiatives to improve engagement and lead generation in alignment with business goals.
    • Develop digital KPIs in partnership with the business and create a strategy to improve digital experiences to meet those goals.
    • Monitor and update website content to ensure ongoing compliance, relevance, and accuracy.
    • Work closely with marketing digital counterparts to keep the product content accurate and engaging. Strive for continuous improvement in SEO.
    • Represent Cloud Digital Marketing and be the go-to source of information for larger digital initiatives such as the WordPress Migration, component rollouts, etc.
    • Advise leaders on digital opportunities and priorities.
    • Act as a resource and subject matter expert for partnering teams.
    • Continue to refine role/team scope as opportunities present themselves.

    Suggested Experience

    • Hands-on experience delivering web product, SEO, and customer story content.
    • Understanding of key web metrics and levers to pull to optimize experiences.
    • Ability to think like an end user and make design decisions that balance user experience and business needs.
    • Knowledgeable about the Salesforce product ecosystem.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    • Ability to understand and drive creative and technical conversations to action-oriented solutions.
    • Experience working with internal and external creative and digital delivery teams.

    For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $15,300 to $206,700. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
