    Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday in Office, Mondays/Fridays - Work from Home

    We are actively seeking a

    Packaging Engineer

    to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love

    As our Packaging Engineer, you'll make an impact by:


    Leading the development and implementation of innovative packaging solutions focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and sustainability, without compromising product integrity or customer satisfaction.

    Applying Design to Value (DtV) principles to analyze and redesign existing packaging, identifying opportunities for cost savings through material optimization, design simplification, and manufacturing process improvements.

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, supply chain, and external suppliers, to ensure packaging designs meet cost targets, sustainability goals, and market needs.

    Conducting comprehensive cost-benefit analyses for packaging initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.

    Managing the packaging development process from concept through to production, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives.


    What you need to succeed:


    Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on cost reduction and efficiency.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in packaging design and development, with a proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives.

    Deep understanding of Design to Value (DtV) principles and methodologies.
    Proficiency in packaging design software and familiarity with material science and packaging technologies.
    Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct cost analysis and manage budgets.
