We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Associate to manage payroll for our drivers and support day-to-day administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll for drivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Review verify reconcile time records pay rates deductions adjustments
- Maintain payroll records ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry recordkeeping document management
- Support management reporting audits payroll-related inquiries
