    This is an entry level position with an exciting career path The primary role of the Account Manager is to identify and qualify inbound opportunities that result from various marketing activities, build relationships with local office managers and business development staff, and assist with securing profitable work for the organization.

    Marketing, business development staff and market leadership.

    Qualify new business leads through inbound marketing activities and push to business development staff and local office managers

    Track and follow-up with prospects and SAM Business Development to ensure client progress throughout designated client/opportunity activity tracking using Salesforce database

    Update new clients on services and SAM qualifications

    Serve as a liaison with Business Development teams to ensure proper internal operational assignments and follow-up

    Nurture inbound leads through email campaigns and other marketing campaigns to promote trust and build client relations using HubSpot Marketing platform

    Assist in holding Business Development team accountable for follow through, prospect cultivation, and opportunity progress

    Perform other sales support tasks as assigned to help accomplish the company's strategic goals

    What You Bring to SAM

    Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent education and experience

    Proven account management success

    Effective communication and soft skills

    Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required

    HubSpot experience highly preferred

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

    Capable of working both individually and as a part of a very dynamic team of Marketing and Business Development professionals

    Attention to detail, and organizational, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
