    As an individual contributor in the role of Client Partner, you will manage client relationships at the highest standard to contribute to our client's success throughout their digital transformation journey with Kipi.Bi. You will take ownership of your accounts through gathering requirements, showcasing excellent client-interfacing skills, acting proactively with customers to address their needs, and facilitating the end-to-end sales cycle for all assigned projects.

    Client Relationships:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.
    • Manage the day-to-day sales and account responsibilities.
    • Understand client needs as it relates to their business strategy and digital landscape.
    • Onboard, manage, and upsell complex client relationships post-sale.
    • Develop a strategy for long-term success across your portfolio of clients & prospects.

    Account Management:

    • Align technical resources for client engagements.
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives to ensure a smooth sales to delivery transition.
    • Take part in management reviews of the performance metrics of the account relationship and business initiatives.
    • Oversee all aspects of the direct sales organization to drive sales performance and provide day-to-day leadership and management to achieve sales goals.

    Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the internal team to deliver premium service to clients.
    • Communicate with Snowflake and Kipi.Bi account teams to deliver customer projects.
    • Provide visibility to Snowflake stakeholders to drive Snowflake expansion opportunities.
    • Identify opportunities for the expansion of Kipi.Bi services within the existing client base within the region.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of Sales experience.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Sales, or related area.
    • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions.
