Assumes responsibility for the efficient management of rehabilitation services in their assigned account(s). Assists therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment and providing clinical education to meet the needs of the patient.Qualifications
A graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Additionally, three years direct patient care experience and either one year of management experience in a rehabilitation setting or has functioned successfully as a point person under the supervision of a Clinical Operations Area Director for a period of one year are also necessary.Job description
