DescriptionWork directly on a live book launch, a 5M+ subscriber YouTube platform, and a service business working with some of the world's most recognizable brands.
We're building a grassroots creative team to help launch my new book, expand the 1M Manifesto Movement, and shape content that reaches leaders, entrepreneurs, and families around the world.
As Social Media Strategist, you will own the strategy, execution, and performance of cross-platform content. You will translate vision into viral momentum and turn audience attention into meaningful community engagement.
This is an opportunity to build, scale, and lead - not just execute tasks. If you're a strategist who thinks in momentum, not maintenance - this is your shot.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own the multi-platform content strategy (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
Build content roadmaps aligned with book launch goals and movement growth.
Identify audience growth opportunities, partnerships, and creator collaborations.
Write and refine engaging captions.
Direct short-form content concepts designed for reach, saves, and shares.
Ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Analyze performance metrics weekly, identify patterns in what's working (and why).
Turn insights into actionable strategy shifts.
Lead digital activation for book launch moments.
Engage with audience in real time during key campaigns.
Mobilize grassroots ambassadors and creators.

- Have experience managing or scaling social media accounts (personal or brand)
Understand how TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithms differ
Can break down why a piece of content performed - beyond "it went viral"
Are comfortable building content calendars and campaign frameworks
Have strong copywriting skills
Think in hooks, story, retention, and CTA
Can balance creativity with structure
Experience with book launches or creator-led brands preferred
Paid social or performance marketing knowledge preferred
