Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Paralegal at Acquest Law, Inc. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to immigration law, including legal document preparation, assisting with immigration issues,EOIR filings, and managing visa applications. The position will be based in Sacramento, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in immigration law and legal document preparation
• Knowledge of immigration issues and visa processes
• Knowledge of EOIR and CBP processes
• Deep knowledge of Asylum issues
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology
• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus
• Hindi, Punjabi, and Spanish proficiency preferred
