Job DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Operating Room Registered Nurse within our Surgery Center. No on-call, weekends or holidays. If you are an RN with surgical room or surgery experience, we encourage you to apply

Clinical Leader: Featuring a fast paced multi-specialty ASC performing over 11,000 cases annually. High volume specialties include orthopedics, neuro, general surgery, total joints, ENT, and pain management. We have a highly skilled team of nurses and clinical staff that provide clinical excellence, supporting patients and the surgeons in all phases of the surgical process.
Company Growth: Newly opened Interventional Procedural Center and expansion of operating rooms allowing for an additional 1,800 – 2,000 surgeries annually.
Accreditation: SWRSC earned an accreditation from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC), confirming our adherence to excellence in patient care.

What You Will Do:

Provide perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in both the scrub and circulating roles.
Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for patients served
Collaborates with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

What You Will Need:

Candidates for this position must have availability to work 10 hour variable shifts Monday-Friday.
A qualified candidate for this position will have a valid Washington State Nursing License and BLS.
Up to 1 year of circulating Operating Room experience required.
Specialty in total joints, arthroscopy desired.
1+ years scrub experience desired, but not required.
