- Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of multidiscipline Water/Wastewater related project
- Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently
- Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meeting
- Conduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at project sites in conjunction with Project Managers, appropriate technical professionals and other discipline
- Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project development to complete documents on schedule
- Work with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Controller or Company Controller and Department Manager or Managing Principal for project review
- Implement QA/QC procedure
- Execute training for personnel as established by strategic plan
- Supervise project staff and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years water/wastewater project engineering which must include experience in project management
- PE
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
- Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skill
- Good communication, leadership, planning and mentoring skill
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Candidates who reside locally in the NY/NJ area are preferred.
Position may be based in White Plains NY, New York City or Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

The expected compensation range for this position is $118,000 - $181,750 annually/hourly depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
