Treatments are one-on-one in order to fully build therapeutic alliance and achieve patient-centered results. Elite offers flexibility in schedule as you make your own appointments and see the number of patients you want.     Location:
    Inland Empire- Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Ontario
    San Gabriel Valley- Pasadena, Rosemead, Temple City, El Monte, Baldwin Park, San Dimas
    South Bay- Torrance, Carson, El Segundo, Palos Verdes and surrounding areas
    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and meet patients' goals and needs
    • Assesses the therapeutic and rehabilitative status of the patient and develops an appropriate treatment plan for each patient; updates and modifies the treatment plan on an ongoing basis
    • Uses clinical reasoning in treating and planning, implementing, and monitoring patient progress
    • Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients' motion and mobility
    • Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery
    • Restoration of functional mobility post-surgery
    • Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques
    • Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
    • Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally
    • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for rehabilitation and injury prevention
    Qualifications:
    • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
    • Current and unrestricted CA Physical Therapy license
    • Valid CA drivers license and insurance
    • Ability to travel 10-15 miles from your residence
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • Inner drive to continually learn and grow
    • Professional behavior
    • Demonstrates outstanding integrity, conscientiousness and work motivation
