At CarShield, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our growing Pre-Sales team as a Pre-Sales Screener Representative. This role is responsible for having initial conversations with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and setting up customers with our Sales department.

• Gathering key information from prospective customers and supporting their transition to the Sales team.
• Maintaining a consistently positive attitude and customer-first approach to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Staying current on products and services offered.

This role offers excellent compensation details:
