    We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse - Call Center Triage to join our nursing team. This part-time role will be located in St. Paul, MN. The Call Center Triage RN handles incoming calls from our patients and is on the front line of care.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assess patient concerns/problems for all age groups over the phone through the collection of health data
    • Plan/prioritize, implement and advise treatment based on approved protocols
    • Completes prescription refills using approved company protocols
    • Hospital follow-up calls
    • Help develop and update written protocols
    • Participates in special projects and committee work as requested

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current RN license in the State of Minnesota
    • Graduate of an accredited RN program
    • 5 years RN experience in a variety of health care settings
    • Previous triage experience preferred
    • Experience with electronic medical records, eClinicalWorks experience preferred
    • CPR certified
    • Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of organizational ability and attention to detail
    • Ability to collaborate with other members of the care team and able to work independently using effective nursing judgment and decision-making skills
    • Demonstration of good time management and have the flexibility to deal with frequent changes within the organization
