    We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in implementing and managing various marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the growth of our organization.

    Duties:
    - Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
    - Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products or services
    - Assist in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads
    - Maintain and update company website using WordPress, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines
    - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights
    - Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media posts
    - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design graphics, edit photos, and create visually appealing marketing materials
    - Support the implementation of marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
    - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

    Job Summary:
    As a Marketing Coordinator at Right At Home, you will educate the community and our referral partners about our transformative services. Your mission will be to build and strengthen partnerships, thereby increasing referrals and growing our billable hours through effective outside sales strategies.

    Essential Functions:

    • Promote and sell Right At Home's in-home care and staffing services throughout the community.
    • Master knowledge of our service lines to effectively propose and implement contractual agreements.
    • Develop competitive strategies and maintain an up-to-date competitive file.
    • Achieve sales goals through pre-planned weekly activities and meticulous follow-ups.
    • Forge new staffing contracts with long-term care facilities, ensuring efficient scheduling and timekeeping processes.
    • Create and distribute promotional materials and represent Right At Home at community and professional events.
    • Take initiative in inside sales calls and effectively convert inquiries into service opportunities.

    Who We Are Looking For:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing strongly preferred.
    • Proven experience in outside sales or marketing, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
    • Exceptional skills in community relations, conducting presentations, and relationship building.
    • Ability to work independently with sound judgment and minimal supervision.
    • Flexibility to handle on-call duties during some weekends as needed.
