Role Overview:
To provide technical and administrative support to the Knife River South Dakota and Iowa regions. Ensure operations run efficiently for all information and communication systems within the Information Technology structure.

Investigate and resolve computer and hardware problems of users. Answer questions, applying knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures.

Monitor equipment performance, document procedures and problems, coordinate with outside repair vendor or repair equipment and follow -up on hardware maintenance as needed.

Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.)

Typical hours for this position are 8am-5pm with some hours that could be outside that as needed.


Minimum Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, please take note of our qualifications:

Four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent preferred.
1-2 years computer repair.
Ability to provide and maintain proper licensure and acceptable driving record.
Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations & act courteous/respectful of others.
Valid driver's license.
