    • Paige at GCG in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview Paige, a GCG company, is currently seeking a Marketing Director to manage and oversee day to day marketing activities across multiple business units at Paige As Paige's Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading effective marketing strategies and execution to propel company growth .
    You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns . Reporting to the Vice President, this is a great opportunity to enhance the marketing function at Paige.

    The ideal candidate is goal oriented, self-directed and has an outgoing, poised and persuasive communication style which is essential to build rapport across teams .

    The ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions are key in this role. This work involves innovation and creativity in generating ideas and high quality solutions. The job requires getting things done quickly, handling a variety of activities across various departments. Problem-solving and engaging the commitment of others is essential. A leadership style that motivates, trains, and engages others in an enthusiastic way is important.

    The position will oversee an established and seasoned team of outside freelancers and contractors with an opportunity to recruit and hire an internal team over time.
